General objectives of the function:

To ensure implementation of medical activities in the MSF clinic of Machar Colony, Karachi, to ensure general functioning of the Project pharmacy, supply chain processes, and quality assurance in accordance with MSF standards, protocols and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

Stock management/UNIFIELD regular update and monitoring

•        Drug distribution, monitoring and follow-up at clinic level

•        Monitoring of end user units (out-patient department; delivery unit; and Hepatitis C);

•        Monitoring of drug dispensing in end-user units

•        Liaise with Supply Department on Medical Monthly Report

•        Write Pharma Situation Report

•        Medical order planning, submission, and management

•        Follow up with expiry drugs

•        Liaise with Country Pharmacist Manager

•        Visit Medical Warehouse and meet with Supply Team on a weekly basis

•        Participate on quarterly inventory

•        Participate in medical meetings

•        Monitor the consumption of emergency boxes and first aid kits

•        Follow-up on medical items consumption, reports errors and inconsistencies in stock

•        Calculate Average Monthly Consumption and forecast drug needs
