MSF-OCA is looking for a Supply Activity Manager based in Quetta with frequents visits to the projects (10% ISB, 30% Quetta, 30% for DMJ and 30% for Chaman)
Basic Monthly Salary: 166,617 PKR

Summary of position: Defining, coordinating and monitoring all activities related to one or more areas of the supply programme (Warehouse, Transport and Customs, Procurement, etc.) according to MSF protocols, standards and procedures in order to ensure an optimal running of the mission/project
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager, defining the supply activities, planning and budgeting of the supply program under his/her responsibility in order to identify and optimize the response to the needs of the mission and the target population.
- Train respective project teams on monthly/quarterly reports i.e. TSRs, SMSs, 4M stock inventory are correctly produced and throughly checked/filtered before final reports are shared with cooridnation.
- Assist projects in the 4M stock inventories (when requested).
- Work closely with Log Admin/Log Manager in the implementation of corrective measures post 4M feedback (to be guided by coordination supply team).
- Support project supply teams to produce quality reports on LRS (Logistics online reporting).
- Ensure UNIFIELD data attains acceptable accuracy by keeping it up to date with support from coordination UNIFIELD focal point.
- Work closely with Log Admin/Log Manager to ensure local purchase at project level is in strict compliance with Authorization table. Report any discrpancy in std procedures to LogCo/Supply Chain Manager.
- Ensure (in collobration with Log Admin/Log Manager) that LP check list is performed at least once a year in all project locations.
- Support project supply teams on market assessments.
- Assist project supply teams on creation/ and or updating of LSL (Logistics standard list).
- Train project supply teams on Monthly TSR analysis and ensure this exercise between supply and project teams happen on monthly basis.
- Train/assist projects warehouse teams on proper warehouse management.
- Ensure (in collobration with Log Admin/Log Manager) warehouse check list is done within the agreed timeframe in all project locations.
- Train respective project supply teams on the right execution of 4M medical/Logistics orders (guided/steered by coordination team).
- Assist project supply teams in the execution of supply chain strategy (guided/steered by Logistics Coordinator)
- Work on the capacity building of project supply teams.
- Identify (in collobration with Log Admin/Log Manager) training needs of relevant supply teams in the projects.
- Produce quarterly field visit chronogram with support from SCM and share back with respective projects.
- Produce thorough field trip reports per agreed ToRs.
- Ensure (with support from LogCo) to translate recommendations on LRS for proper follow up.
Requirements to the position:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline.
Desirable warehouse management related studies, procurement, or certificate in clearing and forwarding or related fields
Experience: Essential at least two years of working experience in related activities.
Desirable previous experience with MSF Logistics or Supply Department or other NGOs, and working experience in developing countries
Language: Proficient in Linguistic skills English, Urdu, Pashto, and any other relevant local languages.
