Ensure the general functioning of the pharmacy and supervise pharmacy supply chain processes in accordance with MSF’s standards, in order to ensure its efficiency and operating availability.

• Storage of drugs and medical equipment
• Managing the Medical orders
• Coordinate the delivery, reception, and recording of international and local orders, in close coordination with the Biomed Technician and the pharmacy storekeeper, ensure updating stock card files and informing line managers on their status (shortfalls, over-stocking, expiry dates), in order to permanently ensure security stock levels and ensure efficient management of stock.
• Stock management supervision
• Training and supervision of the pharmacy storekeeper on the management of the stock and supply.
• In collaboration with the nurse supervisors and MAMs, follow, train, and supervise the drug dispensers in the field in the management of the stock, making preparing the regular order, and ensuring the good reception of the supply.
• Support the PMR (and in collaboration with the country pharmacist) in preparing the international order.
• In collaboration with the PMR and the MAMs, follow the consumption of the supplies in accordance with the activities, and propose the necessary intervention to ensure the rational use.
• Organize and re/arrange the pharmacy to ensure the adequacy of the space in Peshawar pharmacy to accommodate the supplies for the different fields/end users’ units under Peshawar.
• Follow closely the stock of Peshawar in Islamabad and communicate regularly with the country pharmacist to evaluate the total available stock and make the order in time to ensure sustainable supply with consideration of the space and the needs.
