- According to medical priorities, deliver information to the patients and community on specific health topics; also inform patients and communities about MSF and its services.
- Implement activities of health education and awareness (sessions in schools, community), establish and maintain good relations with social partners, including other NGOs and government health units.
- Educate patients regarding their diagnoses, appropriate medication use, and prevention.
- Ensure tracking of defaulters by appropriate counseling with the objective of decreasing the numbers.
